Games

The above items are not included in the Online Edition of Amiga Forever, however, like thousands of other games, they can be downloaded.

Due to local rating regulations some regional distribution versions of the Amiga Forever CD may not include games. In this case, too, the games can be downloaded.

Some games may have originally had a copy protection feature which required that a word, or color, or other reference from the original game packaging be entered during the game. Where it existed, such protection has been removed (with permission of the game copyright holders or publishers), so that it is enough to simply press Enter when prompted to enter such information.

The Amiga emulation software supports different Amiga joystick access modes, including PC joysticks and keyboard emulation. To change these settings in WinUAE press F12 while the emulation is running, and select the desired option.

The game disk image files are stored in the "adf/games" and "hdf/games" directories, in the "Emulation/shared" directory of the Amiga Forever distribution medium.

The game configuration files for WinUAE can be loaded by selecting Load From... and clicking the "games" directory, in the WinUAE settings.

On Windows, to quit the emulation while a game is running simply press Alt+F4.
